I'm using the former version of this model (GP62 7RD-090DE), but unfortunately I've been having constantly a keyboard problems. At the begining some of the keys had stopped working. The keyboard had changed because of this by the original service point, but the problem couldn't be solved. Same problem repeated. I sent second time the device to service again. Ridiculously the service said that we couldn't find any problem. By third time, after just one month since I got my device back, my touchpad was suddenly stopped working. I went service again and I explained whole story. In my oppinion there was an electricity problem on board or something like that and I wanted to change the computer. My computer had stayed 3 months in service in a year due to its problems and it's not acceptable for any kind of users. Especially at this level. I'm using the computer for graphic desing. Each time I have to setup my whole programs again and again and backup my whole files. It's really frustrating. I'm using a substitute computer right now (Saturn Service Point was really helpful and nice on all phases of my problem) and I'm waiting to fixing the problem by MSI service. But I'm not trusting on this model anymore. I know the MSI is a big company and would like to believe that they make it compensate.
